Prefer a well brewed cup of coffee over a microwave chicken dinner?

If you can’t start your morning until you’ve guzzled down a cup of coffee, then it might be comforting to know that the beverage may also help you loose weight. So would you trade-in unhealthy doses of calories you gobble up from a 3-course meal prepared in a microwave for a metabolism-boosting, butt-kicking-energy-level-stimulating cup of coffee?
