Utecci order dispatch time:

We will usually dispatch orders the very same day if we receive cleared payment by 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
Orders placed before 5:00pm will qualify for Next-day delivery if we receive cleared payment by 5:00pm Monday-Friday and will be dispatched next day.
Orders placed before 5:00pm on Friday may not make Next-day delivery due to extenuating circumstances.
We will be contacted by our customer services agents if we cannot fulfil delivery.

These delivery estimates apply when you order up to 5:00pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holiday).
Estimated delivery times are taken from the next available working day available for delivery.
For example, if an order was despatched on a working Wednesday by 5:00pm, the first available working day for delivery would be Thursday provided you placed your order by 5:00pm on the Wednesday. If the next available weekday is a UK bank holiday/public holiday, then your order will be despatched on the next available working day.

Our priority is to deliver your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Processing times for bulky items weighing between 20-75Kg may take 2-3 business days while light-weight items will qualify for next day delivery.
